Terms of use
These terms are between you and A.A Data Services Ltd ("we", "us") for Clearly - Accent Training.
- The service. Clearly helps you practise clear speech by listening to, copying and recording short sentences. Results vary from person to person. Clearly is a practice tool, not speech therapy or medical advice.
- Your account. You must be 16 or over to use Clearly. Keep your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
- Free plan and Pro. The free plan includes a limited number of sentences. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: 1 week £9.99, 1 month £19.99 or 3 months £39.99 (prices may vary by country and are shown before you buy). Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Video clips. Clips play through YouTube's embedded player and belong to their owners. Don't use Clearly to copy, download or redistribute videos. Only add clips you're allowed to watch.
- Acceptable use. Don't misuse the service, try to break it, or upload unlawful content.
- Changes. We may update the app and these terms. We'll tell you about significant changes.
- Liability. We provide Clearly with reasonable care and skill, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for any business losses — Clearly is for personal use only. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Apple's standard end-user licence agreement also applies to downloads from the App Store.
